The Palm Court - Located in The Benson Hotel’s lobby, the Palm Court Restaurant and Bar offers an impressive collection of craft brews, fine wine, and spirits from around the world, plus a full menu from appetizers to dinner. Happy hour is held twice nightly, and live entertainment is offered Friday and Saturday evenings from 8:00PM until 11:30PM.

Nice hotel overall. Would stay there again. Front desk was friendly. Gave options for parking - doesn't have to be valet. Only thing that was odd was that we stayed 2 nights and the chamber maid forgot to clean our room after the first night. I loved the beauty of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. I stayed there with my one-year-old daughter and we were both very comfortable. The staff, especially the breakfast wait staff, were very pleasant to my daughter and I. Our room was very clean, and the concierge and bellmen were prompt and efficient. The room was perfect. Spacious, old world feeling, great TV screen. As a wheelchair user, I was delighted with the very functional bathroom with roll in shower. I found out when checking out the next day that shower chairs are available for whose who request them. You should toot your own accessibility horn more-- really advertise amenities you offer […] to guests with disabilities. For travelers with mobility impairments (think rapidly aging population), it's like pulling teeth to get basic access info, especially when using a discount website. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Location is perfect with access everywhere. Our room upgrade was very reasonable and we were very comfortable.
