We stay at this hotel everytime we fly out of Portland. We always find the staff very friendly and accomodating. The only glitch we had this time was a missed wake up call. Not a big deal considering there was an alarm clock in the room. We just use the call as backup anyway. Our accomodations/stay was exactly what we needed and expected. We were allowed to leave our car in the Hotel parking lot while we were on vacation in Kauai. We stayed over the night before our departure, and the hotel shuttle took us to the airport in the morning. We arrived back in Portland, late in the evening...(almost Midnight) and the shuttle […] came to take us back to the hotel where we stayed over again. We were looking for some place close to the airport since it was our first time out there (wife and I). This fit the bill, no pun intended. We reviewd other places and went with this one which we do not regret. We rented a car and used the GPS on our phone and it was not hard to find at all, so that was a plus.
