Other guests were up all night partying and I got zero sleep, it was a Saturday night in the city but I mean the other guests were out of control, and I don't believe security came up once!! Very unfortunate!! Also the breakfast was ridiculous!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great experience, hardly any issues"
The Hilton in downtown Portland was completely up to our expectations. The room, building and facilities were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near food and shopping. Most of the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, albeit one issue with parking. We paid to park at the hotel for the duration of our stay, but were told […] on our last night that the hotel parking was closed for use of a party. This caused an inconvenience, but there were other public parking garages nearby, which turned out to be half as much as parking at the hotel. Although we were overcharged, the staff reimbursed us for the extra parking fee. We would stay again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hilton standard"
Good location with the usual Hilton comfort. There is a gym and a small saline pool (~15m). Stay at 1560 which is right at the lift landing.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location! Awesome service!"
Great location! Room was kind of small. It didn't have a mini fridge. But I asked about it, and housekeeping brought one 30 minutes later (no extra charge). The service was excellent. Front desk very helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Autumn Weekend Getaway"
We drove down from Tacoma with friends to enjoy some Fall activities over a weekend. We stayed just one evening on Saturday. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating - they showed us the nearest park to walk our dog without even having to ask. The concierge was also friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The […] bathroom had new fixtures and was also very clean. We got smiles and "have a nice day" from the cleaning staff in the morning. We didn't use any of the amenities or visit any onsite food or drink options on this trip, but we liked it well enough that we would stay here again when we visit Portland. "Great location"
I thought it was a great deal, but of course I think I booked when it was 30% off or something. Centrally located, though you do have to pay extra for parking. Also, the valet parking gets really busy during the day so you may have to park in the overflow parking garage which is catacorner to the hotel (on Taylor Street), which is also owned by The […] Hilton. Overall, I would stay there again but maybe not bring a car. So many one-way streets, it's easy to get turned around. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Perfect Location, Nice Hotel"
The location could not be beat! Right next to the square where it seemed something was going on every day, we could see it from our room. Very close to the famers market. It took us about 6 minutes to walk to Powell's City of Books Bookstore and Vodoo Doughnut. You truely couldn't have gotten a better location. We stayed in the executive tower and the […] rooms were nice. Very clean, didn't seem run down at all, staff was helpful. Room Serivce prices were outrageous and there are SO many amazing restaurants within walking distance that we didn't eat at all at the hotel. Parking was expensive so we did the self park. Overall we were very happy with the experience and would return again. Rooms here were not as small as some of the other boutique hotels in the area and were not as old seeming. I liked that the room was bright and felt updated in the past 5 years. We had to ask for a fridge in the room as they are not provided. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"hilton executive"
The hotel room deco was very standard. However, room was large, the bed super comfortable, and the windows opened. Having the fresh air was a major perk. Conveniently located downtown and easy to walk to all locations and districts.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great hotel! Great service and very friendly staff. One morning the front desk clerk even asked how I slept the night before. I can't remember ever encountering such genuine and truly friend hotel staff....and I've stayed at many five star hotels over the years!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Central lDowntown location near Pearl District"
We stayed in the Executive Tower. Room was clean, spacious and bed comfortable. We were high enough up that the room was quiet, but we had no view, which was okay for one night stay. Excellent hotel for the price.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Hood To Coast 2012"
My friends and I stayed the Hilton while running Hood to Coast. We found the hotel services to be excellent. The staff was courteous and helpful, during the day, and late at night (it's a 24 hour event). Getting to and from our room was convenient, fast, and easy. The disappointment in the room was not having a little fridge. The other criticism would be we had to take an elevator from the parking stall and walk through the lobby to get to the elevator to our room, makes is a bit awkward when you are bringing items in from the car. "Needs an Update & Noisy"
While the lobby was beautiful, the room seemed old and not well maintained. Our key cards were very touchy and each time we used them, we had to try at least three times before the green light finally came on and the door unlocked. Room was on the 7th floor, but quite noisy due to traffic and street noises below. Beds were comfortable with four fluffy […] pillows per bed and the water in the shower steamy and hot. Front desk staff was not friendly and the concierge was unable to help us with parking information, instead telling us to speak with the unfriendly front desk staff. WONDERFUL hotel! Friendly, great pool/fitness center, bar, and food. Very nice rooms with extremely comfortable beds. Can't wait to go back.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I think for the price it should be way more accomidating. They are not that friendly and they want you to pay way to much for Vallet. No extra effort for the price I will not be staying there again!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel, filthy room"
Perhaps filthy is a bit of an over statement? The sheets on the bed were clean, but the chairs and extra blankets were stained with fluids of mysterious origin. Part of me wanted this to be something that would grant me superpowers or turn me into an anthropomorphic turtle, but it was probably just old soda or some type of body fluid. "Not bad for the price but suggest the other tower"
This was a girls weekend trip and we were very excited to use the amenities of the gym and spa but did not realize that they were in a separate tower ACROSS the street. I did not like having to run across the street in gym clothes with a winter coat to use the facilities, the gentlemen at the spa said that they have people who turn down the supposed […] "upgrade" to the executive tower for that reason alone. "Close to transit"
Close to bus and MAX lines. Walking distance to all downtown neighborhoods and shopping. The restaurants are nice, but expensive (not surprising - just saying). "Comfortable, but cramped room with great view."
I booked this hotel on short notice and got a great room, likely cause of the office season. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was cozy, but a bit cramped, made up for by the corner window views to the west hills of Portland. Prices of room service or dinning, wi-fi extra, parking extra; are to be expected for this sort of location. […] There are plenty of alternate parking garages within short walking distance downtown that have more reasonable $8 per day rates. Fitness center with full pool has early to late hours for those of us that keep a schedule leaning one way or the other. Over all, great location. Very Happy Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"luxury, affordable, convenient"
The only complaint I had was the parking was a little confusing. I'm not a big city girl, and ended up paying for valet just because I was frusterated with the driving and parking. Hotel was selected based on the fact it was close to the Ale Festival and the price was right for what we needed. "Great beds, location and overall customer service!"
Everything was great. The bed was incredibly comfortable and everyone we came into contact with was super nice. We requested a mircrowave for the room and even though it took a little hunting, we were able to secure one and it was installed in our room immediately. There was not mini-fridge, but we had a cooler we were able to keep stocked with fresh […] ice available down the hall. "Great hotel in convenient location for downtown"
We stayed at this hotel because we signed up for a bike ride that has a start point of within 8 blocks from the hotel. "Best Hotel Ever!!!"
I recently stayed in the Hilton Portland for one night and it was amazing! To start with, they had an underground parking lot which was very convenient, considering the hotel was in the heart of the city with very limited parking. The hotel service was great with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself was incredible. It had marble floors, […] a high quality restaurant, and gold staircase railings. The lobby looked like it was something off the Titanic. The hotel is huge and we stayed on the 14th floor. From there, we had a great view of the city. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very nice, despite not having a lockable door. All in all, this was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in at an unbeatable price. Plus, it's within walking distance to everywhere in downtown Portland. Definitely stay here if you are ever in Portland. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
