The young lady at the front desk was pleasant and attentive when I arrived. The room itself was very clean and well stocked with all the stationary and toiletries that one would expect. I was pleased with the location of the Hotel, easy to find and very close to Downtown. There are a lot of choices within 10 min to eat. The room where I stayed had very comfortable bed and chairs, and the desk was great for work.

I arrived late and got a warm greeting and fast-check in. Service was great, both at the restaurant and at the front desk. The room was nice and clean. The hotel was about 12 minutes from the airport and about the same to Sacramento State Univ, where I had to go the next day. I was very pleased with my stay here.

The best part of this hotel is the airport shuttle service and professional driver. The second best part of this hotel is the housekeeper that cleaned our room. So housekeeping is good with one caveat, they are stingy--perhaps due to their domineering supervisor who is constantly hovering over their shoulders--about giving out supplies. (The coffee […] left in your room makes one cup). But the stinginess is even greater coming from the front desk staff. Need a toothbrush? Forget it. Need sunblock? Nope. You are directed to the so-called "Pavillion Pantry," next to the front desk, which is just a fancy way of selling you things that are otherwise free at the front desk at any other halfway decent hotel. But the even bigger problem was that they had no sunblock left to buy--even if you did want to buy it for a hyper inflated price to subsidize your room cost. All I can say is that the Pavillion Pantry is a total joke and amounts to almost an insult to the guest and is most certainly a total rip-off. It gives an otherwise mediocre but clean hotel a feeling of being completely deceptive and cheap and stingy. Lastly, the surrounding area, (minus the one block of greenbelt, which is nice), is asphalt purgatory. Step out of the hotel on a hot day, without a car, and by the time you walk to the nearest gas station across asphalt and concrete, (you will not encounter a single pedestrian), you will be dripping with sweat. But don't think about sunblock, (The Pavillion Pantry's overpriced stock is sold out), or water, (front desk doesn't have any--you'll have to buy it for $2-$3 at the Pavillion Pantry), or a toothbrush, or a razor, or shaving cream. OR, buy a razor, shaving cream, water, candy bar, Q-tips, sunblock, and Coke at the Pavillion Pantry and you will have doubled the cost of your stay! The hotel was very well presented both in and out with well manicured grounds and a very clean and inviting lobby. The desk staff was very warm and friendly and I felt like they were really glad to see me! What a concept! While we would have liked the hotel to be a bit closer to downtown it was still within an acceptable distance and it was well situated […] around several well known restaurants. The staff was nice, the hotel was clean and nicely decorated. When groups with children arrive - some one in the group needs to be held accountable for the childrens behavior. ・空港出迎えのシャトルバスサービスがあると聞いていたので、事前に、ＦＡＸとメールでサービスを依頼しましたが、返事がありませんでした。 ・帰国日の前日、ホテルから空港へのシャトルバスのサービスを予約し、リストに名前を載せました。予約した時間の10分前にロビーに行き、フロントの指示に従ってロビーで待っていました。気がつくと、出発時刻になり、待っていても連絡がないので、フロントに確認すると、シャトルバスは、もう出発したとのこと。リストの人数より乗車した人数が多かったので、名前を確認しないで出発したとのことでした。急いでタクシーを呼び、何とか飛行機には間に合いました。 　支配人から詫びの連絡あるというので、メールアドレスをフロントに残していったけど、何も連絡ありません。
