"Good for concert event."

Overall the stay was fine. Nothing overly special. If I could make one criticism it would be that the desk clerk was not very welcoming. There was no friendly smile or greeting and it was not busy. "Convenient Hotel"
We opted to stay at this hotel because we were attending the 'Dave Koz Xmas concert' which was held at the hotel. After looking at the hotel on-line we thought it was a nice romantic and up-scale hotel and convenient for getting to the show. The rooms and grounds were no more impressive than a LaQuinta. I would stay at the hotel again for convenience […] but not for a romantic outing, as I had planned for my last visit. "In deperate need of an renovation"
The hotel was adequate for our needs, it was convenient to the American River Parkway Bike Trail and kept very clean. The hotel is dated and needs some serious overhaul. The baths are small and cramped.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
