MmHotel location was perfect. Out the door and turn left to the plaza shopping... Right to downtown... Hotel was very clean. Staff was professional and pleasant. Room service was prompt and food was amazing... Room was clean and very comfortable... Slept great! Only negative.... Hotels.com advertised free parking when i booked... "close to job"
We had 3 workers that just needed a place to sleep that was close to the job site. I booked with hotels.com and asked for 2 doubles and a roll-away. This was even on the booking confirmation sheet that I received and printed off to send with my guys. They arrived late (because of air delays) after midnight, which I had also specified with hotels.com. A bit pricey considering the concierge service does NOT call for Shuttle's. They give you the number. Zach in particular, said it was because the shuttle needs credit card # etc but when I called, that was NOT true. My room was right next to the elevators so that was a bit noisy. The one complaint I would make is that the service in the grill was unbearable slow and help from the manager could not overcome the slow kitchen.
