"close to job"
We had 3 workers that just needed a place to sleep that was close to the job site. I booked with hotels.com and asked for 2 doubles and a roll-away. This was even on the booking confirmation sheet that I received and printed off to send with my guys. They arrived late (because of air delays) after midnight, which I had also specified with hotels.com. […] When they arrived, they were told that that Holiday Inn did NOT use roll-a-ways (their rooms are too small)., One of our workers slept on the floor. NOT satisfied with this hotel at all!
