    We chose this hotel because it happened to be right off the street we were on and we had been driving in traffic for a while. We booked the hotel for... one night while we tried to find our way back to it which was tricky. The rooms are in 3 "buildings" which are connected by long hallways which were a little musty & had narrow doorways. Our room was at the back of the hotel on the ground level which we were grateful but it was a hike from the lobby and restaurant/bar. There is an entrance at the back of the hotel. The room was very roomy. We had booked a king room but were given 2 queens which was fine with us. The room was clean & comfortable and a good value. Dinner was in the bar not the Bistro Restaurant and it was fine. We were glad not to have to go out and find a restaurant. The bartender did a good job of taking care of us. The breakfast was fine with a typical "hot" buffet breakfast offered by many hotels. Hotel staff were all friendly. by aknaus  from San Antonio, TX on 05/22/13

We get alot of people from Fort Leonard Wood come stay with us and they love our convenient location just as you did. Yes we still have the box on the back of our tvs but we are upgrading them in the near future and I promise our pool chemicals are always where they are suppose to.     Overall clean and comfortable room. We were awakened at about 6am by a fire alarm. Apparently someone had set their hairdryer on fire in another room. The alarm was only on for about 10-15 seconds but the room smelled like burnt hair the rest of the morning.

    This was a great hotel. I would stay here again. One side of the hotel, had a wonderful view and unfortunately we didn't stay on that side or know the other side existed till the next morning. So if you are staying here ask for the lake view. The bbq restaurant next door was also great. The waitress even liked living in the area and gave us tips.

    We reserved this hotel as a place to stay for my sisters graduation. The people at the front desk were SO RUDE and really snobby. They were horrible. It sucked because the rest of the stay was so nice. The room was clean and the bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. We had a jacuzzi in our room, it was a non-smoking king size bed.     The pool and jacuzzi seemed very nice and clean. I really liked that there was fresh baked cookies for the taking in the afternoon. I remember the pillows being very high and not to my liking though.     The front office staff were professional and cordial. The overall condition of the room was good. The bathroom toilet and shower were very clean. The bed was comfortable and the linen was very clean. The indoor pool area was clean and comfortable.
