"Awful Smell"
The room was not very clean and had the worst smell ever. I requested another room and was told that there was only on handicapped room left that they cannot give out. They really did not care that I was in an room with such an awfu smell. After begging the front desk to do something. They then sent someone uo to spray the room. As the lady walked […] in she agreed that the smell was unstable. I went through two bottles if perfume trying to keep the smell away. Weekend trip to la. Was planning on going to disneyland but did not. Very close by car to the theme parks. 30-45 mins to downtown la. Love it here only downer was there weren't any restaurants close by that opened late.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Not a satisfied patron..."
The hotel (unbeknownst) to me was undergoing renovations; when I got to my room, one of the t.v's was broke (maintenance had to replace it), the a/c was blowing hot air (it was over 90 degrees in the city)...all in all; it was the worst experience I have had with a hotel & I will never go back.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
