Please do not use this hotel if you are interested in comfort, breakfast, or working amenities. the breakfast was cold biscuits and cold gravy. The OJ was undrinkable to say the least. It was terrrible. we were given the keys to a room that was already occupied. Upgraded to a mini suite were the door didn't seal so any noise just roared in. then there was a B-Day party in the room across the hall.

When I made my reservations I was told I would be on first floor with the rest of my grandaughters ball team but when we arrived they stuck us on the third floor clear away from everybody else on the ball team. This is a great hotel for the price! Honestly I have stayed 3 separate times and I will tell you to spend the extra ten bucks for the suite! Worth it compared to the standard room! This hotel is in a great area!

Overall stay was fine. The hotel was uncomfortably stuffy and very warm....in the lobby, breakfast area, and hallway while waiting on the elevator. My hairdryer didn't work in the room. But the most important thing was the room felt and looked clean! They had new carpet which was a plus! Plenty of towels were provided as well.

The front desk service was both professional and courtious. The room was very clean and breakfast is what you would expect from a Comfort Inn & Suites. But I usually go to a hotel in this area so my kids can go swimming. The pool area was questionable. The hot tub water appeared green and I never went in it. The kids and I swam in the pool and after […] we were done I hung our swimming suits up in our room to dry over night. The next morning I went into the bathroom to find a horrible smell coming from our swimming suits and it wasn't chlorine. I hand washed them immediately to removed the awful smell. They do have cookies upon arrival and the staff was friendly. This is an older hotel and it just felt dirty. There were a lot of elderly staying here, which was great because there were no loud teenagers running through the halls, but you are right next to a weight scale.

One of the hotel clerks was a total nutjob -- barked at people's dogs as they walked them out of the hotel, making the dogs bark in response (even at 11 p.m.). Played Queen songs and sang along. Told my 8 year old niece that he was a "bad boy." Then, the next clerk yelled at me for being loud when I was just standing in line. This is small potatoes, […] though, compared to some of the guests that were staying there. One family was using the hotel luggage cart to haul in cases of whiskey and beer. A teenage girl was having a birthday party and she and her friends were knocking on our door and running away, asking us if we had condoms to borrow, and begging us for beer. Oh, and one guy was right outside the main entrance peeing on the side of the building -- didn't even go around back. Nutso. The funniest thing, though, was that we were originally given room 209. The remote control was sticky, there were pennies on the floor (as well as broken children's sunglasses), and the room had a faint but foul odor. By that night, the foul odor became fouler and we were a little concerned -- but the next morning the room STANK. We thought maybe after a good cleaning things would change -- but no. We came back that afternoon and the room stank even more -- seriously, it smelled like someone stuffed a dead person under the mattress. So we asked to be moved. The guy at the front desk, seemingly peeved that we interrupted his Queen video watching session, told us no. We protested that the room was awful and begged him to go check it out (my mom was talking to him, and she's one of the sweetest ladies you'll ever meet -- not mean at all). He goes, "Fine! But you have 15 minutes!" My mom protested that we had to get to my brother's wedding rehearsal and didn't have time to move, and he goes, "Well, I need the keys in 15 minutes or else!"
