We lived in Kerrville while the Inn of the Hills was being built but never had the chance to take advantage of it's services. We were impressed by the... cleanliness and comfort of our room. It's convenient location was accessible to different highways and did not have to go through town. The grounds were also sell groomed and the breakfast bar a dlight. by Pat from Salado on 06/08/13

This hotel may have been a jewel in 1975 but they haven't changed it since. The rooms were dated and not clean. The entire place needs a face lift and maybe it can be a jewel again.

WOW, what a great surprize! Who knew this place what hidden away in such a lovely location. We just wanted a little get-away somewhere close to home. One hour away from San Antonio and we were in hill country heaven. We has a very relaxing time, lots to do within the hotel. Will very definitely visit again.

Desk lady was rude. The picture of the room I saw online was not the room I got. They put me right next to roofers doing construction with crazy banging and constant sawing. I have a a construction business and the last thing I wanted was to here construction. Called down there to desk and they said if its a problem they would move us. I said are they […] going to stop soon or they working here all weekend, they said they did not know. (Ended up working till 8pm and the workers were outside drinking beers by there trucks. Funny they are clueless on the construction when they had to know they were staying at hotel. So when I get down to the front desk I tell the older lady with grey hair Im in construction and thats the last thing I want to hear relaxing with my wife. She replies " What comes around goes around" I could NOT believe she was so rude. Then the guy that changes my room says" Wheres my trouble customer" These people have NO clue of customer service and we will NEVER stay there again. We had a free buffet in the morning and we skipped it cause we were so Unimpressed with this hotel and the staff. Read more

The room was humid and sticky. It wasn't a hotel at all. It was a motel with a few indoor rooms. The rip was humid and sticky. A gap under the door made it hot and the hotel charged my card extra for unknown reasons. The motel was old and broken down. I would not reccimend this hotel for a romantic getaway.

Room was nice and big for a motel. Stayed in the king room. It was clean. Thought we were staying at a resort...this is a motel.
