"Horrible"
Our air conditioner didn't work and no one seemed concerned. They sent a repair man up after our second complaint. He woke our sleeping 2 year old because the timing was on his convience. Then the a/c worked properly for 10 minutes and stopped again. Again the only thing they did to help the problem was bring us 1 box fan. Horrible experience!Genuine Expedia guest review
