This hotel looks ok from the outside. The room was very small but that was expected. The bed was too hard. The ceiling was leaking onto the toilet. The sink the toilet and the shower looked like someone tried to carve their name into them. It was terrible.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Lots to do in Chattanooga"
This hotel is conveniently located by many area sights which is what we wanted. The hotel is a little tricky to find as it's behind another hotel and off the main road. Its sign is very little. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was cozy and clean but not fancy. All kinds of restaurants are nearby as well as a mall. "Small but well thought out."
The room was small [Micro] but I liked the position of the L.C.D. T.V. high up so you have no trouble watching it from the bed. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice and firm. "Great for our first vacation!!!"

"Clean but uncomfortable"
We've stayed at quite a few Microtels and generally know what to expect...a small but clean room, decent service, pretty good value for your money. I didn't find that to be the case at this Microtel. The bed had to be the most uncomfortable I've slept on. It felt like we were sleeping on a piece of plywood with a sleeping bag on top. The pillows were […] unbelievably thin and uncomfortable, and when we asked for extra, we were told that they were out. Out? At a hotel? I will say the room was clean, no odd smells, etc. If the only way you can afford to visit the amazing city of Chattanooga is to stay here, then I would go for it. The city is fantastic. I know when you see the price on this hotel that you're thinking oh dear it must be rundown or in a bad neighborhood. It is neither. The hotel is older but it is in great condition. The rooms are perfect for couples traveling (I'm not sure I would recommend them for families). Guests could visit the center for free with their room card, and the center has a pool, steam rooms, and work out equipment. The hotel is not right downtown however it is ten minutes (maybe less) to downtown and its very close to Chattanooga's other attractions. I could go on and on about the hotel.
