I stayed at this hotel in February and when I found myself needing to come back to Chattanooga I didn't even hesitate in hunting down this hotel again. "Dirty, loud and foul odor"
I stay in 10-12 inexpensive hotels a month for my job and this one has to be in the top 5 worst places to stay. Bed smelled like BO, the shower curtain had mold all over it, sink and mirror had stains on them and AC units whistled all night. I booked last minute online and the photos made the place look decent. the fact hat is was just me and for one night was fine. One i checked in my room, i noticed the furniture was really dusty. I thought maybe the room wasn't rented out in a while. Then I sat on the bed and the box spring was really old. Bed was really uncomfortable couldn't sleep […] at all. Worse part is coming....there was a wash cloth on the sink (I thought it was clean)...i picked it up and found it had a pubic hair on it and looked to be used on something. GROSS! "Would stay again"
This is a two-story hotel with an indoor pool. Very close to surrounding attractions, Ruby Falls, Lookout Mountain and Incline Railway. Although the hotel is older, it met our needs for a place to sleep. Also had a sofa that pulled out to make a bed which helps spread the kids out. "Ramp to hotel unacessible"
To get to this hotel my truck got stuck, the ramp and drainage ditch is too steep. It cost me $150 to have a tow truck remove my car from the ditch/ramp. all cars going to the hotel scrape their fuel tank on the pavement.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Phenomenal Air Conditioning"
Overall I was pleased with the Hotel. Rooms were of adequate size, and everything was comfortable, but the Air Conditioner absolutely rocked. Most hotels have AC's that don't work quite so well, are underpowered, or have limited controls for room tenants.
