I was on the 11 floor which was VERY hot!!!!!! Also I had to call room service bc my ice bucket and cups smelled like pot or a weird cigarette and all they did was wash it so needless to say I did not get to use ice bucket. The indoor pool area was so strong of clorine you could not be in there and the water was ice cold when I thought it was suppose […] to be heated. Also there were spring breakers underaged drunk cussing, fighting, and blocking the walkway to the beach and management was not doing anything about it. I had to push my way through with my children to get back in the pool area. It was ridiculous. I complained as well as several others. The hotel was extremely clean, the facilities nice and convenient, and the overall condition very good. Hotel staff was very customer service oriented and pleasant. "Nice Hotel"

I was so happy to be there! It was a really pretty hotel,interesting decor.I was greeted by a smiling desk clerk-not a robot -like welcome.I forgot her namel,but girl with the purple nails,you rock! "Holiday Inn Resort"
It is an amazing hotel full of life and it's a beautiful location! The only issue I had was the pool was closed for about 4 hours due to a kid accident. The whole reason I chose the holiday inn was for the pool.
