The location and value as a result can't be beat. Really great spot, right on the water and all the basic accommodations are there. The facility however is aging and really needs a thorough renovation to be done. "Great beach front location"
Enjoyed most everything about the hotel except for the comfort of the bed. Did not get one good nights sleep out of four. Room was clean. Air conditioner was very loud. Comp breakfast was very nice. It was great to have such easy access to the beachfront.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Great location, and surrounding neighborhood. Pensacola beach has become our favorite beach destination now. Everything is walking distance away, and there is a large ferris wheel now with air conditioned gondolas. There is also a free summer trolley for futher restaraunts and attractions. We liked the hotel, and we will definitively go there again. It's very clean (each day room service and towels change if you need), location perfect on the beach, good breakfast and plenty of varieties to choose from (even for picky eaters).
