I was very pleased with my stay at Best Western. Tracey, one of the front desk staff/managers, was THE BEST! She remembered my name and was so friendly an personable. I stayed for an entire work week, so I've had the opportunity to get a good idea of the facility, though I never used the gym or laundry service. The hotel is located in a great spot close […] to I-294 and 55. Parking is ample, though turning left out of the lot onto Joliet Road has some minor challenges. The lobby, halls, elevator and room were all clean-everyday. There's complimentary tea, coffee, hot cocoa, cookies, and I even saw popcorn one night, that are all available 24/7. The microwave, fridge and HVAC all worked well and the bathroom (my big selling point) was very adequate. The Wi-Fi also had a strong connection, which was awesome! My ONLY contentions were that the TV had limited channels and I couldn't locate a channel lineup list in the room and that the breakfast is very continental. It's adequate no doubt, but it's limited in hot items (either eggs and sausage or a egg/bacon/bagel or french toast sticks); cold items were fine-fruit, cereal, yogurt and muffins/breads you can toast if you like. I booked this hotel for a quick business trip for me and two colleagues. Overall, this was a great place. I was nervous to book a hotel because I wasn't sure what kind of neighborhood it was in (I'm from Wisconsin) and I needed it to be close to our first meeting in the morning.
