- Location is good. Quite yet close to many attractions. - Arrived early evening but no one was at the front desk. Wait for quite some time. Not good attitude front desk either. Morning front desk was good though. - Beds were ok but pillows were terribly terrible, small and bumpy. I would give this hotel a 5, but the televisions are in desperate need of upgrading. Both of my rented rooms had a TUBED television, with one being extremely small, less than 19". "Clean and quiet"
When we arrived at the hotel, we were pleased to find out that it was a newer hotel in the area. Everything was clean and well kept. The front staff could have been more friendly and helpful at check-in, as he did not understand that we had booked and paid for the room through Expedia.com. When we were finally situated, we were directed to our room. […] The hotel does have an elevator, which is great because my mom is disabled. The rooms were very clean and pleasant smelling. The beds were great and the location of the hotel outside (but not too far) of the hustle and bustle of Lancaster made for a peaceful nights sleep. I really enjoyed the peace and quiet. The hotel was the closest hotel to the Sight and Sound theater yet still 8 minutes from the outlets. I was a little late arriving into town so this was a great timesaver. The theater was literally 5 minutes away from the hotel. Check-in was extremely slow. We waited in line 20 minutes. The room key did not work when we went to use it and waited another 20 minutes to get it replaced. I found the Sleep Inn to be an excellent motel for the price. Fine breakfasts and helpful staff. Our refrigerator made too much noise, but we simply unplugged it. Computer in the lobby was nice.
