First & Foremost, I have to say the gentleman Alex who's on nights is great. Very courteous, respectful and accommodating as was the morning crew as well. We enjoyed our room, especially the private room thus the kids could enjoy the living room and the adults could enjoy some quiet relaxation in the private room. This is a rare find in a hotel. "Needs small maintenance"
First day - the hair dryer did not work so maintenance brought a replacement, Never did get fixed while I was a guest. Second day - returned in the late evening to find the room door ajar and it had not been cleaned. Also, both nights the back outside door was ajar so I didn't feel super safe.
