"close to great restaurant"
I was very disappointed. When i arrived i noticed that the chair at the desk was covered in pet hair. Then later that evening i found refregerator was not working and had the smell of bad fish. Later that night we noticed the tv cable wasn't working. The next morning i lost my car keys. I went to desk several time to see if they had been turned in and […] was told no. I ended up getting a lock smith to make another key, which cost me $80. That was at 4 in the afternoon, then i was informed buy the front desk my keys had been turned in before 2, so i spent the money for a new key when the front desk had them for 2 hours without letting me know. Very upset and will never book there again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Not a typical La Quinta (I hope)"
I wasn't expecting a Marriot Courtyard, but I wasn't expecting this. Main public bathroom was dirty, non working stall and out of toilet paper. The only plug in the bathroom didn't work (which meant their hairdryer didn't work". Reported it and was told they would look at right away-4 hrs later and the new guy at the desk never heard of our complaint. […] We switched rooms so I could have a hairdryer and a room that didn't smell like smoke. Three tissues were put in the box in our room each day, instead of a new box when it was empty. Elevator was broke one day. No towels by the pool or hot tub. Other guests were discussing broken a/c, dirty rooms, broken items. I know this is not a typical LaQinta. Unless they get different management, you need to stay away from this one. And seriously, I am not generally a complainer. Trust me on this one. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Front Desk Guy Sleeping Both Nights"
We could not check in at midnight becuase the front desk guy was sleeping in the back. We called the front desk number 6-7 times and he still did not wake up. We finally heard snoring and I went back there and had to shake him awake. It took us until 1 am to check in. I arrived back at the Hotel again the second night at around 12:15 and guess what: […] the guy was sleeping again. The hotel did nothing in response to our reasonable complaint. "Hotel was hot"
We stayed at this hotel in August which is the hottest month of the year. We walked into our room to find the air off. It was 8:30 at night & it seemed as we were in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do so we had to sit in our room & sweat. We fell asleep by 11:30 (still sweating) but finally by 3:00 in the morning the room had cooled down. When […] I told the front desk about this they said they keep the air off to save money. I understand saving money when no one is staying there but in the hottest month of the year you should at least turn the air on for guest that are expected to arrive so it's not so miserable. Other problems were: air not working in hallway, poor excuse for something called a breakfast buffet & old tube tv that didn't work properly. Make sure to read all the bad reviews as a lot of the good ones were either written by the hotel or by people that just got lucky with their stay. By the way, this hotel was a bit of a ghost town when we stayed. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
