Woke up to find that my shower didn't work. Had to bathe in the sink. When I shared the info with the front desk upon checkout, the agent stared at me with indifference and asked if I had any addiitonal charges. When I shared that I didn't, he said, then you are all done here, thank you for your stay and walked away. No apology for the broken shower […] or the fact that I just shared with him that I had to bathe in the sink. Things break and I get that. The indifference is what I have a problem with. I didn't ask for a credit or to speak to management. Just wanted to let them know that they had a broken shower that needed to be addressed. My bet is that the shower is still broken. "Very Comfortable"
My stay at this hotel was great. The bed was very comfortable, and the service was outstanding. I had to call the front desk for a service to the TV, and the service person was there within 10 minutes! All the staff was very kind and helpful. "Don't trust the wake up call or Breakfast"
Had an important meeting the next day so put in two wake up calls plus put in an order for a morning breakfast to show up at the same time as the wake up calls. I woke up an 1 after my meeting was going to start. Not only did I not get my wake up calls, but when I opened my front door my breakfast menu was still on my door knob. My husband had to be away on his birthday. I called the hotel to order cake & ice cream from room service as a surprise.
