"Disgusting"
The title says it all. The room was not cleaned from the previous customers. Stains of who knows what were all over the bedspreads, blankets and sheets. If you can book elsewhere, I highly recommend that you do.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Grungy place!"
The housekeeping staff appeared untrained. They did not even know how to make up a bed properly. There were blood stains on the sheet and a brown dirty edge on the blanket. Gross! The coffee pot didn't work and had never been washed. The back door security device had been smashed and not repaired--not that Ankeny has high crime, but still...Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not impressed"
It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Room was outdated , bathroom ceiling had obvious damage to the drywall. Bathroom very small not hardly enough room to go to the bathroom alone anything else. Room was suppose to be a queen bed got a double bed .Very noisey did not get much sleep after 12:00 am finally left at 5:30am couldn't wait to get […] home just for sleep.
