After 3 times that they sent us up & down , the room was not ready, no fridge, no microwave, breakfast was nothing but cold eggs and some sausages. Ice machine and soda machine didn't work !!! When I first arrived with my family, the gentlemen at the front desk was extremely nice. He proceeded to tell me about only kids under 4 eat free, I have 4 children and was told all kids eat free When I booked the hotel and paid extra for our kids to eat for free. Anyway the gentlemen said he would take care of it and all the kids will eat free. He […] did not note my account on the situation. So I had to handle the situation and was accommodated with a attitude the next morning. The cook in the kitchen had a attitude, the waiter had a attitude. Even the front desk receptionists had a attitude later when the shift changed. It was a unpleasant weekend but I did not let the miserable staff ruin it for my family. BESIDES the AC didnt work properly, and the rooms need to be cleaned alot better. ALL the linen on the bed should be cleaned not only the sheets! I would use this place as a last resort, maybe. "You will not get your money's worth"
This hotel is awful. The Tv is super old and did not work properly, the internet conection was also awful, the ammenities were all not even up to standards. Don't full yourself, the breakfast is not free and they charge it per person. They even charged me for the coffee that I poured myself. When I came to the manager pointing it out that there was […] nothing visible saying the price of the buffet, he rudely told me coming to his restaurant was the same to going to any Applebees and that I should feel free to eat anywhere else. If it wasn't enough, the jaccuzzi was broken and the hotel was super disorganized. I have stayed in a Fairfield Inn and in a Residence Inn and was extremely satisfied, but I was speecheless to see this hotel which is supposedly a good 3 to 4 star hotel. "Marriott Bensalem Disappointment"
This is the first time Marriott has been a huge disappointment. This Marriott is in desperate need of a hotel makeover. The carpet is stained and looks dirty. The drapes had tears and very, very thin. Mold around the windows and seal, A/C old and noisy, hair hanging off the lamp shade, in tub, around windows.
