"never stay here"
this is the worst experiance ever i paid for things i did not get for example pet stay the hotel didnt even know what i was talking about and when i asked for my pet stay products pet food and water bowl pet roomservice pet treats they laughed and said are you serious we dont have that stuff why would you expect that and i replied because i paid for […] it. So i had to go buy the stuff since i didnt bring it. When i went to get directions to the plaza they couldnt give it to me and so when we went to dinner we got lost and were late. "Never again"
I will never again stay here,the room was too noisy,the bathroom was nasty,the shower had so much crud in it the water barley came out. There was no guide for the tv no welcome of any kind,only some kind of thing for the restaurants,sad.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Thief maids."
I left some casino chips in my room at 3 pm. And returned to find my bed made and $30 in chips missing. The hotel refused to reimburse me. Choose one of the other area casinos. Because this one does not take responsibility for the employees they hire.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not for nonsmokers"
The hotel was beautiful and the food was great. The front desk was very helpful and they even ordered us a taxi for dinner one night. The hotel is connected to the casino where smoking is allowed so for nonsmokers or people with any health conditions this is not the hotel for you. The entire hotel smelled of smoke. I was there for a conference and the […] room smelled as if someone was smoking right next to me. Even the "nonsmoking" areas smelled awful. "The room shot craps"
Staff professional and friendly. Room However more what you would come to accept from a low budget hotel. Soap scum, windows and mirrors that had not seen cleaner for some time. "You will not get what you expect!"
We made reservations for a non-smoking king size bed but when we got there we were told they did not have any available. When asked about our reservation we were told that there just wasn't any guarantees with their reservations! Then we were told that our credit card would be charged $35 "just in case" we used room service or ordered a pay per view […] movie. Management assured us that if we did not use those services our account would be credited again within 5-7 days! I have never seen such poor management or customer service for such a large franchise!
