"Friendly staff - pet welcoming"

"Would stay again"
Hotel very nice. Loved the pool and the courtyard. We stayed in July so the courtyard was in full bloom with beautiful flowers. I could have stayed there all day and relaxed while the kids swam. The staff was very friendly and helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

This hotel is an older home restored, a wonderful idea. They made you feel relaxed and lots of room to venture. Board games were provided in a room, purchase snacks, gifts and a bar area. They were very helpful with directions to other events and if we needed anything for the room, they were right there. Thank you for a great stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A Wonderful Stay in Mentor"
This hotel was absolutely lovely. The desk clerks were so nice at check in and check out. Our room was clean, nice looking, with beautiful high ceilings. Great cable. Hair dryer, coffee maker, iron & ironing board. I have to rave about the excellent morning breakfast in a very beautifully decorated room. Sunday morning, each table with a small vase […] of fresh flowers. Excellent selection of bagels, toast, juices, coffee, cereal, fruit, danish and really delicious waffles that you can make yourself.
