"Decent hotel, staff needs some help"
Clerk was a trainee and asked for credit card even though I'd already paid through Expedia. Ran my card, said it was declined...twice. Then they figured out there's no need to charge me. My credit card company said they actually charged me on one of those "declined" attempts. Obviously the trainer and trainee needed a bit more training. "Good location, lots of traffic"

Virtually no parking. Got in very late at night and all doors are locked and the only parking was behind the building in a very dark, unsafe feeling area. Could barely fit driving the car between the back of the building and the parked cars. The elevator made a sound like it was crashing when we first used it to go to our 3rd floor room and the night […] attendant asked us if it was broken. Ended up using the stairs the rest of the stay. Went to get ice for an injury and the only ice machine is all the way back down on the first floor. Curtains on the windows do not close, only the sheers, so no way to keep out early morning sun and have privacy. Paid way too much for this type of experience for a quick one night visit. "Comfort Inn"
I stayed at the hotel overnight due to a wedding in the area. The staff was friendly and the room was adequate although instead of a comforter or duvet, there was only a light blanket on the bed. Not really adequate for a Michigan winter. My main complaint though is lack of parking on site. They have a very small parking lot and I ended up parking on […] the street 2 blocks away. "Close to Bell's, decent hotel"
We stayed here for one night because we wanted to be within walking distance to Bell's. It was perfectly fine for that, though by no means a fancy hotel. A proper 3 star hotel, with breakfast included. Would stay here again for the same purpose. Otherwise not much around there.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
