"Close to the Air Zoo and shopping"
The room was way too warm. We could not determine how to monitor the heat, so opened the window. But a train kept going by and was just too noisy. The Air conditioner was way too noisy as well. We did not get any sleep.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Quality Inn in Kalamazoo, Michigan"
All was expected for the price of the room. The service was good. The cleaning lady that helped us was very friendly and helpful. The only concern which was small, was the breakfast could have been better and the exercise room was a lot smaller than expected. But overall, we were very satisfied.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
