The Hotel condition was no better then a low budget motel. Pool was not pleasant to look at along with the rusty surface drinking fountain. Paint peeling the bathroom walls. Dirty carpets through-out. Asked for additional blanket, night crew only had one available and it had cigarette burn on it. "first stay with my family in quality inn"
The room okay, I am happy with it. the swimming pool really dirty looking on the bottom. on the hall way, i can smell some one smoking marijuana. so I don't thing I am going back there. For just twenty dollar more I rather stay in holiday inn.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Convenient location, but beware of "room odors"!!"
One of the reasons I chose this hotel to stay at was because it was right off of I-94, all the rooms were stated to be non-smoking, and every room had a microwave and refridge, according to the descriptions of what the hotel had to offer. Unfortunately, when I walked into my room, there was a strong odor of cigarette smoke. The bathroom smelled the […] worst. I turned the air on, and it had a musty odor, as well. It did, however, have the refridge and microwave, which I needed. I could not deal with the odor, so I asked for another room. The second room was fine from an odor standpoint. There was no smoke smell, but there was not a microwave or refridge. Basically, for the price I paid I was disappointed in the room, and the smell, and lack of amenities that it stated that all rooms had. "Not as close to WMU campus as stated"
Hotel staff was not friendly. Had to call 2 times to have them open door after hours. Person answer phone hung up on us twice stating only "were all booked!" Room also promised with refrigerator and microwave - when there was none. Bathroom toilet backed up. Just not a great experience.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
