"Housekeeping sucked!!"
Through my entire two night stay, housekeeping did not once visit my room. They didn't bother the come change the towels or bring new ones, clean the room and bathroom, or empty the trash. If anything, they could've clean the bathroom and empty the trash, but they didn't! Also, their Internet was very slow and would lose connection every 5 minutes. We had a crew of five from our documentary group stay here. It was very convenient and was a nice hotel. The only problem was the door to our room was broken two nights in a row that we returned so we could never go in and out with our keys. For our trouble, they gave us free breakfast. "Clean and Convienent"
I have stayed her many times before. It is clean, convienent and usually a good value for the area. Beds are very comfortable. Bathroom has a bath. Free parking. They say internet is not free, but it was for me this time. Maybe they have changed their policy. Breakfast is not free and the hot breakfast is not worth the money. I was given an un-washed […] coffee cup which I sent pack. Rooms do NOT have central air like some Sheratons and nosie from the highway is apparent. Other contenders in the area include the Comfort Inn across the street and a nearby Hilton Gardens and Residence Inn and Courtyard. "Good Hotel for North Beltway Area"
I have stayed here several times in the last months. It is comfortable and convienant. Being near I-95 its is not as quiet as one might like with moderate traffic noise. In the spring this hotel and the ones around it get a lot of school trips sending children to Washington. This made the hotel nosier than usual but it was still quiet after 11 pm. "Customer Service is not so good"
I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and enjoyed it, but my most recent experience was poor. The ironing board in the room was old and dirty, my neighbors were very noisy, and the TV did not work properly. "Easy on off highway"
Attended a meeting a the hotel. The meeting room was poorly laid out and the sound system left alot to be desired. The accomodations were comforable, although here was a long black hair (not mine) on the tile surround of the tub/shower. Made me wonder how clean the rest of the room was. Sheratons are very nice hotel, and this one is no exception. It is close to the highway, has plenty of parking, and is close to a shopping center. All was fine with this hotel except for the internet situation. There is a WIRED wi-fi for the guest rooms that costs about $10/night.
