""Comfort' Suites?"
The mattress on the bed was one of the worst I have ever tried to sleep on, at times I was trying to sleep on the settee even because of it! Where did they get those undersized, lumpy pillows? It was non-smoking but there was a stale tobacco smell in the room - the staff seemed to be taking regular smoking breaks outside. The content of the breakfast […] was above average, but I could not get anything toasted because the toaster kept tripping a breaker - maintenance seemed incapable of being able to fix it. The hallway carpet was filthy. The TV channel guide was irrelevant. The luggage carts were falling apart - when you could find one. Light bulbls were missing or burnt out in the room. The location was great, near the Tucson Mall shops and lots of restaurants. BONUS - NEXT TO WATSON CHEVROLET WHERE I WAS ABLE TO CHARGE UP MY CHEVY VOLT HYBRID E.V. "Non-smoking????????"
We were the last occupants to check in the evening we stayed on this property. The minute I opened the door a stale smoky smell overwhelmed both of us, we didn't even walk into the room. When we went downstairs there were no other rooms available. That room STUNK! My understanding is that was formerly a smoking room. I don't think any effort had ever […] been made to remove the odor when it was switched to non-smoking room. It was a hot night and when we turned on the air, it just made the stench even worse. the rooms were adequate, however the cleanliness left much to be desired. we had two rooms for our family, our room was not properly stocked, not enough shampoo, etc, and no facial tissues.
