"A so so hotel"
The location of this hotel is perfect. Close to I10 and downtown. However, it is located where 2 busy streets intersect and quite noisy. The room was clean and bed somewhat comfortable. The bathtub faucet leaked and could not be turned off. If you are looking for the convenience of a continental breakfast, this is not your hotel. It states they provide […] a continental breakfast. what was there, was granola bars, honey buns, rotten apples and oranges, coffee and orange juice. "Close to Gem Show/Bead venues"

"Good but smelly"
Overall, we were somewhat pleased. But the smell in the hallway and rooms smelled of moldy dirty clothing. Possibly mildew. I used up a whole can of Lysol. "Adequate"
First room they gave us was redolent of perfume or heavy cleaning product to the point of being unbearable. I have never asked for a replacement room before, but there was no way we could have stayed in that room. The desk clerk found us an alternative room which smelled clean but not redolent.
