Room was clean, housekeeping was good, front desk clerks were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Also, if you eat at the Denny's next door and save your receipts you get a discount. I didn't see any reasoning for any of these bad ratings. The bed was a pillow top bed, there was a functional fridge and microwave in there. The safe worked, and was very comforting as some things I took with me for business reasons I didn't want to carry around. Having them in that safe was a true relief. The wife, who is much pickier than I am when […] it comes to beds, praised the bed. That alone is more powerful than anything I can think of. The only thing I can think of that I could squeeze out as constructive criticism is they could use some soundproofing on the walls. But that's about it.
