"Not our favorite place"

"Clean, comfortable, glacial restaurant service"
We spent one night in a mini suite with a family of four. The room was clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the $4.99 breakfast for hotel guests. There was a nice selection of hot breakfasts, a major improvement over the "free" continental breakfast so many hotels serve these days. "We hit the Rogue on the wrong day"
We were running late and got to the hotel in the evening, expecting a quick & easy check-in. The rooms weren't ready. In their defense, the majority of their housekeeping crew had called in sick... but that translated to a 30 minute delay in an already late check-in. There was an error in their booking system and they had 3 rooms set aside for me (only […] needed 1). Once it was ready we headed up to the room to find that the cleaning crew was so far stretched that they had decided to "make up" the room without actually cleaning it. The bed was made, but the sheets had obviously not been changed, there was a nasty ring around the toilet, the floor by the shower was still wet... We left the room to try the swimming pool, and there were no towels; except for the used one at the bottom of the hot tub. I hope that it was just a bad day for the Rogue Regency due to their staffing outage. If it hadn't been for the housekeeping issues, the hotel itself is centrally located, near the freeways and close to decent restaurants. "Wish we were there longer!"
Front desk reception was wonderful. They provided quick check in and gave me personal attention. The room was inviting and the beds and pillows super comfortable. The kitchenette setup was perfect for us with two small children and it had several sinks. We had a early flight the next morning and came in the later evening but wish we had more time to […] spend here. The shuttle to the airport was on time and waited a few minutes for us to get there and was large enough for our baggage and other passengers. When we came into town we had stayed at a different hotel and had an awful experience and this one was just a few dollars more and worlds better. I definitely recommend this hotel. A very comfortable three star motel just off the freeway in Medford. Front desk staff was very helpful and recommended an amazing Thai restaurant... Thai Bistro about 6 lights down. The hotel restaurant for reduced rate breakfast was poorly staffed, but had a friendly ambience and the food was good. I would recommend this for a quick overnight stay. "Nice accomodations near airport"
I was greeted by very personable hotel staff upon arrival. My room was very comfortable and the linens were clean and cozy. Restaurant had very good breakfast and dinner menus as well as a coctail pub. I enjoyed my stay so much the firt time I returned several days later in preperation for my departure. Nice room, bathroom things all included. Great maid service. Fridge and Microwave in every room. Pool and hot tub was awesome. Only complaint was the parking lot and driveway into the hotel.
