"FILTHY!!!!!!"
Filthy from the elevator to the rooms. It took three attempts before the front dest clerk and I was able to find a room that I felt was presentalbe. There was even a bed paint stains all over and the sheets were wrinkled and faded no pride in presentation at all. No shampoo in room Burn hole in comforter Bed not made well Internet did not work well and there was a fee for it. I was refunded the fee due to poor performance. Counter top had burn marks. "Past its peak"
I have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the last 6 or 7 years, from when it was new. Sadly, the rooms are starting to smell musty or 'old', making the stay unpleasant. Management is wonderful, and if we had complained, they would have worked very hard to accommodate us, I am sure. However, the hotel needs substantial work to get back the […] 'new' feeling -- probably all new carpeting, complete ventilation / air conditioning cleaning or replacement, appliance cleaning / updating, and all new dishes / room accoutrements.
