The hotel is very nice and staff was good. For the price it was a good place to stay. Here are some issues though that you need to think about when staying here if your trying to visit the Boston area. -No Shuttle offered to or from the Airport -You have to take a taxi to the "T" Subway(Riverside is closest location) which will cost you around $25 from […] hotel. The subway is very easy to use once you get there, but it will cost you getting there. -Not very close to any attractions in Boston. This is the Business area, so no sights to see. -No food in the local area to grab if you are hungry. Costco is behind the hotel if you have a membership. Here are some good things. -Room was huge. Had a King room and it was huge. Plenty of space. -Bed was super comfy -Staff was great -Breakfast was good The bottom line. The Hotel was a very nice place to stay. The staff was great. No Shuttle Service to Airport. If you want to be around the city, then stay in the city. If not, you are going to pay for a cab either to the subway at Riverside or all the way into the city. We went here for our daughter's 13th birthday celebration and the hotel staff were very helpful and professional. The rooms were beautiful and the pool was great! The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. The full breakfast in the morning was delicious! We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

We chose this hotel so we could take the T into the city to meet family. We checked in and dropped our stuff and went to the city, Upon returning, at 11pm we found the airconditioning in our room did not work, when we went to call the front desk to tell them we found out the phone did not work. So my husband had to go down to the desk to tell them. […] when the maintenance man came he was prepared to fix the phone. Obviously the front desk person was NOT listening!! Finally it was decided that we needed another room, thankfuly there was ONE available. The worst part there was no apologies, no offer to help us move, nothing. They could have cared less. Read more

This hotel is fantastic. Great breakfast, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, wonderful hospitality, etc. A couple of things I didn't like, but are minor: 1) Bathroom sink handles were very touchy (you barely move the hot water handle and it gets very hot - same thing for the cold water). 2) I was disappointed the bath towels didn't dry very quickly. […] There were still damp the next day. Here's what may or may not be a deal breaker. If the purpose of your visit to Boston is to go into the downtown area of Boston to see a Red Sox game, visit Copley square, walk the Freedom Trail, go to the Cheers bar, stop by the JFK Presidential Library, etc. keep in mind this hotel isn't that far from these places (roughly 15 to 20 miles). Not bad. But, I believe the only way to get to the downtown area from the hotel is to use the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90). This road has two tolls to downtown and at times can have significant traffic. The tolls are minor, but the traffic situation can be major. Luckily, for us, it got better each day we were there. One of the early nights we were there they were doing construction on the turnpike so it went from 4 lanes to 1 lane...and the Red Sox game just ended...traffic was a nightmare that night. Again, the hotel is fantastic and it should be considered, but keep in mind if your sole purpose is to do the tourist stuff you probably can find a hotel at the same price (or even slightly cheaper) that's just as close if not closer to downtown Boston. Something to consider. If you do stay here, I strongly suggest getting an EZPass and it can be used in a number of Mid-Atlantic and New England states. Also, try to drive to and from the hotel during non-rush hour times. Read more

We had a great week stay with one exception that must be noted. The food ordered and the breakfast was excellent. The staff that directly helped us were all fabulous. Our room was nice with the exception that we had to ask for towels, soap, etc., every day during our week stay. The bathroom was never vaccumned and cleaned properly each day. The hotel itself was amazing. It looked like we were on a resort! I am from Canada and I have never seen such an incredible hotel that is also very affordable! definitely worth the stay, The hotel staff were excellent with directions and very helpful with getting us a taxi!

My four days of stay at this location was very much pleased and extremely satisfied with my stay. From the time i enter the Hotel lobby, everyone from the concierge to the Manager greets you with a smile and are always asking how they can make your stay even better. And as well as the housekeepers are friendly and hospitable. Check-in was fast, rooms […] were spacious, big enough for two person and clean, restaurant area had a good selection of food. Location only few minutes to downtown Boston, if driving, since highway access is just across the street.
