"Hotel was great but wasn't that close to Boston"
The customer service was great and the rooms were clean. The breakfast they serve in the morning is amazing! I wish it was a little easier to get into Boston but that is might fault. This is a great hotel, pretty far outside of the city of Boston though. You definitely need a car to get there. The only thing that needs improving are the TVs. This hotel was very nice for the price. We had a suite with a king bed. The bed was very comfortable. TV's are extremely outdated. They really need to upgrade the TV's. Don't charge for parking which is a plus for a Boston hotel. The Westin across the street charges $11 a night for parking in addition to your room charge.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
