We went with our two children & the hotel itself is very nice, PROS : Very Spacious Room, Nice Staff, Quiet hotel. CONS: Indoor pool was VERY cold ! "Great value for the money"
We stayed 2 nights with 2 adjoining suites. Rooms were comfortably laid out and well appointed. Irons in both rooms did not work properly. Pillows were oddly uncomfortable. One piece bedspread/blanket was gross. We travel extensively and always fold up the bedspread, store it somewhere and just use the top sheet and blanket. (You know the bedspreads […] are always thrown on the floor by maid service when they make the bed). So we only had the top sheet as a blanket. Suites are laid out so bedroom area is against exterior wall with windows. Heat differential between living room and bedroom is substantial. So if you have a guest staying in the pullout couch as we did, they are extremely hot and bedroom is freezing. If nobody is staying in the living room, no problem. All rooms open to multistory atrium where bar is located at first floor. Friday nights get extremely loud, all noise travels straight up and guests staying in pull out couch in living room can't sleep, however you can't hear a thing in the bedroom. Room was fine, lots of kids in the common areas I think there was some kind of convention going on. Breakfast. Line was long and not enough tables, they were under staffed for full capacity. "Snow removal process"

"Some things have gone downhill"
We have stayed at this hotel many times, but this was the first time in about a year. Some things have gone downhill. For example, the room was inconsistently heated - the bedroom was freezing even when the anteroom was warm. Also, the breakfast was sub-par. The toaster took a long time and did not toast anything. The omelet makers threw the cheese […] on at the very last minute so it did not melt. The room was spacious, almost ridiculously so. It also had the remnant stench of having been a smoking room at one time. After about 30 minutes in the room, you stopped noticing it but it was very off-putting every time I entered the room. "Good value for a family overnight."

since we travel as a family, I make it a point to try to stay at suites. I was very disappointed in this Embassy suites, because of the number of things that were broken at the hotel. The laundry was broken. The air condition rattled so much that I didn't bother turning it on. "Bentley Homecoming Weekend"
This hotel is nice and the staff is courteous. The rooms themselves are equiped well and are comfortable. The only thing that bothered me was that the wallpaper was dirty and the drapes, when the sun shone throught, had little pin holes in them, like they had been eaten by bugs or something. "Waltham Double Tree Suites"
i know this hotel quite well. I stayed over Christmas. People had trouble calling my room from outside, the sauna was closed because some kid put a towel on the coals, and the restaurant was closed for remodeling. Well...so what? They provided free breakfast for everyone and all of the employees are 'real" people. they make mistakes, but they don't […] run away from them or shut you out. Even with some negative experiences i like coming to this hotel. It has a nice pool and jacuzzi, and a real gym that people actually use. I will go again...but please...keep the sauna or steam room, have a shower at poolside, take out the awful giant screen TV from the gym, and only have one key card entrance to the pool and gym. What is the point of having lockers if you have to take your key poolside anyway? I love this hotel and my kids love it, the location is right off of the Mass Pike (but the ramps are a mess after 3 years still), and I wish them the best in the remodling phase turning it into an Embasssy Suites. "Happy Experience"
This is a very nice hotel and I found the service at check-in quick and clean. Check-out was a breeze thanks to our Hotels.com reservation. We added no hotel expenses to our bill and the hotel basically waived us on by the counter at check-out. We did not use the hotel restaurant as it seemed overly expensive. "Rotten Pillow!"
The hotel suite was fine but the pillow was smelling like rotten eggs! Of course, they came and switched the pillows. The rooms were fine but not fantastic. However, it is extra quiet and the bed are really comfortable.
