This hotel was only about 15 minutes away from Hershey Park. It was comfortable with full range of cable t.v. and sleep number beds. A good place to stay if you are visting the area attractions for a night or two.

We called from the downtown area lost, asked the girl who answered the phone for directions, street names and she said she did not know any street names "just get back on rte 15" and hung up on me. THE HOTEL HAD SLEEP NUMBER BEDS, WHICH IS A GLORIFIED AIR MATTRESS. THE BED COMPLETELY COLLAPSED AND I WAS SLEEPING ON A HARD BOARD. TERRIBLE SLEEPING EXPERIENCE. I RECOMMEND THAT THEY GET REAL BEDS!!!!!!!!!

This hotel has a nice location near a waterfront with a great view. It was very close to Hershey Park which is where we took the children for the wweekend. The drive was less than twenty minutes coming and going. Downtown area was close to the hotel also. 5 minutes driving. Quiet and serene.

The number beds were not as comfortable as I would have thought. There was a wedding party that the Management Staff could not quite down. And friends had to be moved to other rooms because the roomed had not been cleaned. Found cigerette butts in their beds. Hotel needs updating. Has been around for a while, hallway creeks and cracks when walking. Can hear through the walls. But staff was accomadating. Was there for a wedding and ballroom was much nicer then the rest of the hotel. Price was fair.

Room was adequately appointed and nicely decorated upon quick review. Although, it was discovered that the bottom part of the comforter had the entire ribbing/seam ripped out and was completely frayed. The service staff tucked the bottom part under the mattress to hide it, which made for a short blanket on top of the bed. Room #3120. On Sunday, we went […] into the Bridges Cafe at @12:30pm to 12:45pm to eat lunch during our breaktime. There was only one waitress working so our lunch took almost 2 hours to just get soup & sandwiches. Since we had sat there almost 15 minutes waiting for service, we offered to write our own orders down and give them to her to help save some time and she accepted. We got up to get our own drinks. It all worked out in the end. Please be aware there are NO elevators in the hotel. I had a very heavy suitcase and a heavy cooler. It's a long haul up to the third floor. The bed although a Sleep Comfort bed was not comfortable, so my husband and I tossed and turned all night. The bathroom was extremely small. This hotel was rundown and old. Some room appeared to be in better shape, since we had 3. Second try was already occupied, first just wasn't the right bed combination, and third was had the horrible bathroom and heating unit. Don't stay here, you can do better with someplace that serves breakfast.

The room was a nice size and the sleep number bed was very comfortable. The maid did a poor job of cleaning the bathroom. Their was feces on the floor next to the commode that I originally thought was a lever attached to it. My reservation gauranteed me a king bed & late check in. We arrived @ 11:30 pm & were given a dbl queen. After calling I was told my res. didn't show king but they only had 1 king left (mine). I could go all the way to the other side of the building, but I was already upstairs (they have no elevator even though it is a hotel & the parking spaces nearby, […] handicap included, were gone. We decided to stay where we were. We did get a call back admitting our res. WAS for a king &we could move if we wanted. The card holding the room key says that the room is free if it isn't 100% ight, but what we got when I said something the next morning was a free breakfast. Stayed here after a car show in Carlisle, about 20 minutes away. Older hotel, but well maintained. Very close by is a Sports Bar called Aragoos, 153 tvs and good food, we plan on going to the car show next year and will probably stay here again.

I loved everything else about the hotel, it is very neat and clean except the back entrance doors are all a bit old and funky and slam shut loudly. There was a confusion regarding my reservation, so instead of a single King bed room, I got a 2 double-beds. And as compensation for my "inconvenience" (I really didn't mind it), they gave me a breakfast […] buffet voucher. But it was only valid to 9AM. I'm on vacation, why would I wanna get up so early for breakfast even though I still believe it's the most important meal of the day? :-) Gym is small but has 3 trackmills and a couple of weight benches -- serves its purpose. We stayed one night. This is a traditional, big event hotel. The location was perfect, off the street, close to Harrisburg and very close to restaurants and stores. It is easy to find.
