"Bad luck this time"
although it's a nice hotel, I wasn't lucky. since we arrived the room had a smell of damp. The beds were not comfortable at all. The beds also made me feel like I was sleeping in the shore. It turns out there was a huge leaking in our room and the carpet was absolutely wet. At first I thought it was cold because of the AC. We only found out about the […] leaking at check out time, because I spent the entire day out in training. Since the hotel is only two stories high you could hear everything and every kid running on the hallways. The guests upstairs me made noise until 4 am. My stay was not pleasant but had I noticed the leaking before, I am sure they would have moved me to another room. Bottom line people, if you feel a weird smell, DO COMPLAIN, don't act nice like me. "Reliable and convenient"
I have stayed at this hotel a half dozen times and find it coneninet to Camp Hill and to Harrisburg. The rooms very comfortable and well appointed. This stay, I was given and "executive room" that was recently refreshed and supplied with a refrigerator and microwave which was useful as I brought in take-out food. My only disappointment was on my day […] of departure, the water needed to be turned off to the area of the hotel where my room was without notice. I thought this was a great value for my $$, though I heard other people complaining. My room was very clean; quiet and the bed was extremely comfy. The drawbacks were the bathroom--very small and though it had an updated vanity, the tub was old and the light fixture rusty and the fan too loud. So the bathroom wasn't the best. "Convienient location"
Overall I had a nice stay. The hotel was just minutes away from downtown. The room had some wear and tear but the staff was friendly. My only complaint was about the people in the room next door leaving their TV on until 1:30 am and they weren't even in the room. "Worst experience ever."
In the three day span I was there I killed 2 different types of bugs; The rooms walls were marked up significantly and the wall paper peeling off at the seams; upon checking in and when at the desk to complain about issues I had to wait while employees were either on their personal cell phones or gathered complaining about their coworkers - each time […] I waited at least 10 min before anyone even claimed to see me there; even after brining my issues to staff attention and requesting a manager speak with me no one contacted me. I didn't have very high expectations considering the location and previous reviews. But when I got there, I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk was very friendly and efficient. We got rooms right next to eachother and with 2 double beds, as requested. What made the deepest impression was the beds -- you can adjust the firmness with a remote control! "Convenient and good value"
I generally stay on the Harrisburg side of the river but, due to flooding, and my meeting venue changed to Camp Hill, I chose to stay a this hotel. I found it easy to reach and easy to access the registration lobby and my room. My room was comfrortalbe and nicely appointed. "missing shaving gear"

Loved the room - especially the king-sized bed with dual control sleep number bed!! The staff was very accommodating when we got there and found out we had two double beds, they switched us to a king with no problem. The place was huge! Wasn't bad considering other hotels in the area and their prices. The sleep number beds don't work, as we had 2 different rooms (asked to switch) and they didn't work in either room. Price of breakfast buffet was outrageous and pretty small selection. Charge to have a mini fridge in room is also expensive for something so many other hotels offer at […] no charge. Stayed 2 nights at the harrisburg radisson. The first knight we were sitting watching tv looked over at the window sill saw thousands of ants all over it. Called down to the front desk and told them. They sent someone and put us in another room. For our trouble they gave us complimentary breakfast. The next night the peaple in the next room were partying […] and yelling . At one point it sounded like they were horsing around and smashed the mirror on the wall. We called down to the front desk three times . The noise did not stop till about 3am. Woke up in the morning on the desk next to the bed there was one of there complimentary cookees siting there and there were hundreds of ants all around it . Went down to check out and told them what had happend. I was told that because i booked on line they could not do anything for us. Not a very good experience would not recomend this hotel .
