"Disappointed"
The number beds were not as comfortable as I would have thought. There was a wedding party that the Management Staff could not quite down. And friends had to be moved to other rooms because the roomed had not been cleaned. Found cigerette butts in their beds. "Worst experience ever."
In the three day span I was there I killed 2 different types of bugs; The rooms walls were marked up significantly and the wall paper peeling off at the seams; upon checking in and when at the desk to complain about issues I had to wait while employees were either on their personal cell phones or gathered complaining about their coworkers - each time […] I waited at least 10 min before anyone even claimed to see me there; even after brining my issues to staff attention and requesting a manager speak with me no one contacted me. This was the worse hotel experience I have ever had in my travels. I can't believe I was forced to pay what I did to stay in a dirty, rude and overall unsatisfactory environment. "Dirty Room and No Elevators"
The room was old and dirty. Toliet and Decorator Bed Pillows. No Elevator on 2nd floor hand to carry luggage up 2 flights of steps and down the hall. No bell help. I would not stay here again.Genuine Expedia guest review
