No roll a way continental breakfast was discontinued. Shower was either real hot or real cold tried for warm it shuts off. The clerk did not care, said you can request things but doesn't mean you get them. Terrible place, never again. Hesitant to use your services again if this is the motels you offer.

My wife's sheet had holes in it. My bedspread had a large piece of material missing and the white layer beneath exposed. The rug had a large black spot. The phone rang 4 separate times during the night with no one there so we had a poor nights sleep. The motel clerk could not explain it. The continental breakfast was a corner of the lobby with no place […] to sit down. Only 2 kinds of muffins were offered with orange juice and coffee. It was a minimum continental breakfast. DO NOT STAY! I had the most horrible experience here. I understand that you get what you pay for, but the least that a hotel/motel needs to offer a guest/paying customer is a good nights rest. The furniture had rips, the carpet was dirty. My nightmare started around 3am when a car right outside our room was blasting music and the sound of the bass shook the whole building. You would think that the front desk would take care of it. No! We called and called and no one answered the phone. This lasted easily for about an hour on and off. The car would leave and then come back. We noticed that there was a car being towed and the car that was blasting the music finally left after the tow truck towed the other car away. Then the guy next door seemed to have a prostitute in his room because a girl came out around the same time saying "they don't let us do that stuff" and the guys saying "i'm sorry I won't ask you to do that anymore, come back in". EVERY SINGLE car that passes by the street is heard in your room Super thin walls. If the room next door would open the shower or flush the toilet, it would be like they were doing it inside your own room. Will try to get expedia to remove motel from list. Room was gross. Writing on one wall. No remote for the tv. Smelled bad. Uncomfortable bed. Fortunately we were able to get the room changed (not great, but better than the first) the next day, so we didn't have to suffer the entire stay. Would not come back here at any price.

The price was right but you get what you pay for. We had to go to three rooms to find one that did not smell. The walls are paper thin. This motel was definitely cheaply constructed. We were on vacation for two weeks, this was our last stay and it was the worst.

Although we had almost 48 hours notice, Expedia would not let us cancel the reservation, so we altered our plans and stayed. We reserved a non-smoking room and were placed in a smoking room. I stayed at America's Best Value Inn for the price and proximity to the airport. When we arrived, they were painting the doors which still had masking tape on them, making them difficult to open. There are no indoor corridors, so your room is exposed to the outside public. Walls are very thin; we were woken up by people talking right outside our door […] even though all windows were closed. My boyfriend found a live bug in his bed - we couldn't tell if it was a bed bug or not. There were some stains on the sheets and after examining the pillows, I found that they were dingy, yellowed, and stained. There is absolutely no room in the bathroom, which contains the toilet and bathtub. It was difficult to get out of the bathroom without bumping into the door, wall, or toilet. The toilet paper was single ply - very cheap. The front desk staff seemed minimally knowledgeable about the area. The motel advertises a continental breakfast, but it's barely that. The "spread" is packaged muffins, Sunny Delight, and coffee in a dirty, crusty canteen. Overall, for the money, you shouldn't expect the best, but there are basic standards that a motel should meet, including cleanliness! And it was not met. Read more

Very little sound barrier between rooms so I could hear everything from neighboring rooms. Someone kept trying to get my lock opened several times. The mattress was wore out, the blanket was dirty and had big holes in the blanket, and several light bulbs were out. The room and bathroom were very small. I will not stay here again.

This hotel is disgusting. The bathroom was dirty, the sink and counter were covered in scum and the carpet was beyond filthy. The noise from the airport wasn't the issue. When we arrived at the Hotel on 9 May 2011 we were given room 205, International Blvd, Seattle. The room had a strong odor of bug spray in the room. When we complained to the desk clerk he stated they had recently sprayed and basically all rooms had the same problem. The morning of 10 May when we found a bed bug on the pillow and had biters on my neck […] and legs of my wife. We brought this to the attention of the desk clerk. The desk clerk stated she would bring it up to the manager. We have a photo of the bug on the pillow and bed. Would not recommend hotel for anyone.
