Located in the city of SeaTac, the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is about 30 minutes from both downtown Seattle and downtown Tacoma. This neighborhood is near several office parks and Seattle’s booming southern suburbs, including Kent, Federal Way, and Renton. Boeing Field and the Museum of Flight are directly north of the airport.

"it WAS DISAPPOINTING AT SEA-TEC HILTON DOUBLETREE"
I HAVE STAYED AT HILTON AND DOUBLETREE HILTONS FOR YEARS. THIS WAS THE MOST DISAPPOINTING OF ALL. fOR THE PRICE YOU EXPECT THE HILTON QUALITY AND DOUBLETREE STANDARDS I HAVE HAD BETTER ACCOMIDATIONS AT FAMILY BUDGET TYPE MOTELS. I WAS SHOCKED i HAD TO PAY SUCH A HIGH PRICE FOR PARKING WITH NO VALET, NO BELL CAPTAIN SERVICE. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT FOOD I […] WAS TOLD TO ORDER TAKEOUT PIZZA FROM A LOCAL CHAIN. BEVERAGE AND SETUPS FOR THE ROOM WERE CHEAP AND STINGY. 2 TOWELS COME ON OTHER PLACES GIVE AT LEAST 4 TO START. I AM SEARCHING FOR A CONFERENCE FOR DENTISTS AND HYGIENISTS BUT YOU LOST OUR BUSINESS FOR ABOUT 250 MEMBERS Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great customer service"
We were told that our room had a jacuzzi tub in it but it didn't. Besides that major disappointment the hotel was great, it's 15 minutes away from the mall which was nice. The guy who checked us in wasn't all that friendly but everyone else was, overall great hotel and the cookies were yummy!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Room"
Beautiful Hotel. We booked 2 months in advance and got a room way down along hall by an outside door that was opening and banging closed . It was very loud. We just wanted to rest before our long early flight. These rooms should be held until the very end.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"A wonderful experience!"
This is the best hotel experience I've EVER had!!!! The room was very clean (and large!), and the service was spectacular!!! I loved the Japense-garden theme of the hotel and landscaping. Ahhh...if only all hotels could be this nice. The price was was very reasonable, too. I'd recommend this to anyone!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Extra Charges for everything!"
Pros - early check-in - booked a queen room, but got a free upgrade to king - very little noise in the room - comfy bed with lots of pillows - quick delivery of extra towels - easy late check out - tasty cookies at check-in Cons - $15 charge for a fridge in the room - $19 + tax for self-parking - $13 for internet - $10 for an extra person in the room. […] Even with this fee there is no extra shampoo, conditioner, or anything in the room. The only extra thing received was a second cookie. - one person working check-in desk with a full lobby. this lead to large lines. - the room balcony had a poor view, and the ones next to our room could look at nothing but trees. I was able to see a bit of the lake, but mostly just algae floating in it. Basically, don't choose based on a 'lakeview balcony' - it's not what you expect. - The room showed its age with stained grout, doors that needed to be slammed to actually shut, and door knobs, etc. that I haven't seen since my grandma's old house. The bathroom: - the picture on the hotel description page is what I was expecting since there was nothing saying what kind of room it came with. However, the actual version was simply average sized. - there was no fan in there, so the mirror stayed fogged up for a long time after showering. I chose this hotel over a holiday inn because I wanted something fancier - seeing the hilton name (and having stayed in another hilton years back) lead me to believe that this was simply a good deal on a great experience. In reality it was a mediocre deal on a basic experience where everything costs extra - I will look at this as a learning experience that the Hilton name doesn't always mean luxury, even though it's priced like it.
