"Personalized care"
We were happy that the person at the desk was able to change one of our rooms from the 2nd story to the main level as one of our traveler's was 88 years old and steps are difficult. The motel was clean and neat. No complaints there. Additionally, it is well located near the highway, but there was not highway noise due to good insulation.
