There was no tv remote. There was a musty odor upon entering the room. When i went to take a shower, I discovered that there were no bath towels. I had to dry off with a hand towel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel DID NOT even have a tub, the towels were gross...I requested a non-smoking room and was reassured it was in fact non-smoking...the room smelled bad and there were cigarette burns in the comforter....so I wont be re-booking!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Almost didn't stay"
Facility needs work. Shower door broken.General cleanliness left something to be desired. Don't think it supports this chain's reputation. Even though floor was non-smoking, heavy odor of smoke in room. Difficult to get to.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The room that I stayed in smelled like smoke and mildew. They could not put me in another room because they were all booked. The staff handed me a spray bottle of some strong chemicals and told me to open the windows and spray it on the carpets, etc. The spray did not help and now all of my clothes smell like smoke. Gross.
