The resort's health club features an indoor pool, a sauna, a steam room, 2 spa tubs, and a fitness room with strength-training and cardio equipment. In addition to complimentary short-term DVD rentals, guests enjoy a video arcade and a movie screening room. Complimentary wireless Internet access is provided throughout the resort. A restaurant is also on site. Parking is free in a garage. This condo property is entirely smoke-free.

ResortQuest Rentals at Tidewater Beach Resort has 570 condo rentals, all featuring furnished balconies. Wireless Internet access is complimentary, and local calls are free. Televisions include cable channels and DVD players. Kitchens have microwaves, refrigerators, coffee/tea makers, and cookware/dishes/utensils. CD players, irons and ironing boards, and direct-dial phones with voice mail are provided. All accommodations are non-smoking.
Check-in is from 4 PM to 5 PM. Mandatory cleaning fees are due at check-in. Guests who arrive outside normal front desk hours must return to the office the following day by noon to complete the check-in procedure.
The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.

"Beautiful ocean view"
Tidewater hotel offered a luxurious room with all the comforts of home. A beautiful scenic view of the ocean with a balcony to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. An indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, easily accessible access to the ocean. We had a hard time leaving the room to explore Panama City Beach.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great Place to stay."
Great view even if you dont get the Gulf Coast View. Great location and everything you need, almost like an apartment. The only thing was that the building needs slight repair. The string on the blinds had to be adjusted and fixed by me so I could get to the balcony. I did not want to notify management since I arrived pretty late at night. This condo was nice, great location, safe, and the property was well kept. The reservation I made was for 1 bedroom King, nonsmoking. The condo smelled like a hint of smoke and there were cigarette butts on the terrace. The bedroom was a Queen bed not king.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
