Room was clean and fine for our 2 night stay. Prices are high in Solvang and this is overpriced for an average motel. Room was missing a chair and a table. Walls are thin and we were on the road side so could hear the traffic. Other side of the hall is extra. Hm, location was great. Everything within walking distance. Did not appreciate the unfriendlyness at the front desk. The indian lady did not look up from whatever she was looking at, did not great me personally with a Hello and How Are You. No warmth and welcome there. Enjoyed our stay so much. We go on a wine tasting trip every year and from now on we will only stay here in solvang nice rooms good breakfast great time. Only thing is that the staff wasn't very customer service oriented not that helpful but nice

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a loft king room with a balcony overlooking the wildlife area. It was a very nice room for the money.

I had a very good stay. It was clean, comfortable and quite. The only thing is that there was a problem with the key cards. Everyone in the hotel seemed to have problems with them. There was also a very pretty view on the back side of the hotel.

Overall my experience with this hotel was ok, but I was quite surprised to see the maid had come in to clean the room one morning but neglected to make the bed!? I thought it was weird they put in the effort to replace the towels, straighten up, but then left with out doing anything else.

While the comfort of the room was not impacted, there is needed repair to balcony posts and there are drainage issues on the stairs after a rain.

Very convenient location. Everything is within walking distance. Loved the free parking. Room was large and clean. My only complaint is that I had the room next to the utility room for the cleaning staff and it was noisy by about 8:30 as they moved their carts in and out.

There isn't anything wrong with this hotel. Except for the lack of chocolates on the pillows, it's as good as any 4 and 5 star I have ever stayed in.

The place was actually well kept and the staff were extremely nice. Free breakfast was good too. Solvang is a nice place to relax. The hotel was within easy walking distance to the local wine tasting rooms. Also, the location is close distance to all local wineries out in the country side.

Perfect location, walking distance to downtown Solvang. Rooms appeared to be recently renovated and had underground parking available. Hotel staff was very accomodating. Continental breakfast was above average as compared to other hotels we have stayed at.

前台人员很友善，早餐相对一般的汽车旅馆要丰盛很多。房间很干净，进入自己入住的楼层还有道门，刷房间卡才能进去，安全性很好。虽然在马路边，但是一点也不吵，门口的绿化也很美。
