"Dirty dirty dirty"
The hotel hallway and room floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks and the ceiling tiles were all stained. The air conditioner in my room leaked water all over the carpet all night. I went down looking for a bottle of water, none at the front desk, none in the bar, and they don’t have a store/market in the hotel. "Showing signs of age"
The hotel staff were terrific, but the building itself is showing some signs of age. The location is very difficult to spot coming from the Clinton Station Diner; there's a lot of overgrowth on the highway around the entrance and the sign sits back off the road.
