I work for a very large insurance company and the Hilton has been trying to get is to put them back on our preferred vendor list, so my company sent me over there on a secret stay to rate the hotel and consider their request. Needless to say they will not make the cut. I was giving a king size room which didn't have a bath tub, when I asked to switch […] they told me the charge was more (which I didn't mind), but still did not switch me. I went and order the hamburger sliders off of their menu and I asked for well done and they served me close to raw hamburger meat). I asked to talk to management and I was transferred to the head chef and all he could say was that he took it off the tab, like it was no big deal to serve people raw meat when they request well done. The customer service was awful and their resoultion tactics were even worse. I was very surprised by the service and very disappointed in the Hilton, I will stick with the Marriott going forward. "NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL"
The front desk clerk put us in an occupied room that smelled of marijuana. When I told her about it she didn't care at all. Luckily the occupants were not in the room when we opened the door. The placard in the room says if your not satisfied you don't have to pay. Not true.Genuine Expedia guest review
