We found this hotel to be very clean, in a good location, easily accessible, and it has great service! We were there for the Ironman event and it was a short and easy hop over there without the crazy prices. Breakfast was a really great buffet with made to order omelettes and amazingly friendly people.

as we were only spending the night waiting for a plane the next morning, the thing we enjoyed most was the shuttle service provided by the hotel - after dropping off our rental car, they picked us up at the airport, took us to the hotel for a nights rest and then back to the airport at 4:15 AM !!!! Great service.

Convenient location with a free shuttle service to and from the airport (which is good, because the minimum rate on a taxi is $16). I did have to call the hotel for an airport pick up. When leaving the airport, shuttles leave every 30 minutes for the airport, which is very convenient. Typical airport hotel. Rooms need update. There is no difference between Marriott and Fairfiled Inn or Days Inn near by the airport, you just pay higher price.

Can't beat the location. Also, the staff, for the most part, is above courteous and helpful. I did have a problem getting hot water in the evening on Jun 17 in Rm 723, Same thing in the morning on Jun 18. The water temp never reached shower or shave comfort level. I informed the desk attendant on checkout, but got a "that can't be" response. Also, on […] room repair, there's a missing cover plate for the electric outlet by a bed. We used the hotel parking option for a trip. It was nice to be able to leave the car there, safely & return to a room. When we arrived to go to the aiport everything went smooth. The shuttle driver even made sure we parked the car in a safe area of the hotel parking lot. When we got back to town a week later, we did not start well with the hotel staff. […] When we called from the airport no one answered. We tried numerous times from the hotel phone area in luggage claim. It was about 8:30 pm. Not so late that someone should have answered. We ended up using our phone, and dialing the local number, long distance. We then had to wait about 30-45 mins for the shuttle to arrive. That was a little longer than expected, but tolerable. When we arrived at the hotel to check in they had the reservation wrong. We prepaid online with an added breakfast option. They did not have this in their system. Luckily we had our copy to prove what we had paid for. The staff was curteous and gave us coupons for breakfast the next morning. The room was wonderful. Very clean and nicely appointed. The shower head could have been nicer (updated), but it got us clean. The next morning we had a lovely breakfast on the patio. The wait staff was wonderful!
