As I've said before, I really like this hotel. It's close to all the sights, close to the airport, yet far enough away from all the hustle and bustle.... You're in the big city without feeling like you're in a big city. You can relax at the bar, the pool or even your room and not feel trapped. Location.
Located less than 2 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, this all-suite hotel offers complimentary airport service around the clock. Attractions within 4 miles include the Phoenix Zoo, Phoenix Convention Center, and Sun Devil Stadium.

Hotel Features.
Doubletree Guest Suites Phoenix operates a complimentary shuttle service with trips to the airport every half hour and to nearby destinations within 2 miles on request (subject to availability). Guests can dine at Belvedere's American Grill. This is also the site of the complimentary breakfast buffet serving a selection of hot and cold items. The adjacent lounge also offers a limited menu. Wireless Internet access is complimentary in public areas. The hotel's leafy courtyard houses an outdoor pool and a patio with brightly colored umbrellas. Fitness facilities are also on site. Conference space measures 9,000 square feet; event catering is available.

Guestrooms.
Guest suites feature Sweet Dreams Beds with pillow-top mattress and 300-thread-count linens. All rooms include sofa beds and separate sitting areas. Conveniences include wet bars, refrigerators, microwaves, and coffeemakers. In addition, all rooms offer 42” LCD cable TVs and pay movies. The hotel is so clean and an excellent location. The staff is friendly and helpful! The coffee is delicious and the hot chocolate chip cookies are to die for!!! The food at the Belvadere is great and the drinks well poured. The rooms are clean but dated a bit...it didn't really matter as they had all we needed and more. I would stay here again.

all was exceptional for an location near an airport. The only complaint was of the staff running the great breakfast. I did not appreciate being hurried out when the food service finished. I would like to sit and enjoy the food i still had on my plate. It seemed very rude to my companion and she mentioned that fact. I know they have to set up for lunch […] but all empty tables could be set up and it only takes a minute or so to finish a table that a guest might like to tary at. I have been in the food service/catering business and know it can be accoplished with more tact and decorum Read more

This is our second stay at this hotel because our first was so wonderful. Just minutes away from all the Phoenix downtown attractions. Light rail nearby. comfortable, spacious, two room suites have lots of amenities. Luxurious beds ensure a blissful night's sleep. Excellent buffet breakfast, our favorite, included with stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. The breakfast is awesome...eggs, bacon, sausage, french toast, potatoes, fruit, muffins, oatmeal, yogurt, juice, milk...what more could you ask for?

My husband and I celebrated our 35th anniversary and had the best time ever! The hotel accommodations were more than we expected and their breafast bar was the "best". Definitely recommend to friends and anyone who just wants to stay at nice hotel!
